Our story
The Afternoon Spot began with a simple idea: a warm, friendly place for little ones to play in that tricky stretch between nap and dinner. Parents kept falling for the same toys - the wooden arks, the ride-ons, the play sets - and asking where to find them. So we made it easy. We're Bex & the family, and we choose everything here the way we choose everything at our sessions: beautiful, well-made, fair-trade where we can, and genuinely lovely to play with.

Every toy in our shop is one we actually use and love at sessions - proper, hand-crafted wooden pieces made to be treasured and handed down, not thrown away. Beautiful enough to leave out in the lounge.
