Using our website
By browsing or buying from The Afternoon Spot website, you agree to these terms. We built this site to be simple and friendly, but the boring legal bit still needs saying.
Orders & payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product is accidentally mispriced or unavailable.
- Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.
- Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery timescales and charges are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. We pack everything carefully, but once your parcel is with the courier it's unfortunately out of our hands.

Stay-and-play sessions
- Sessions are parent/guardian supervised. Children remain your responsibility throughout.
- Please don't attend if your child is unwell. We want to keep the space safe for everyone.
- We may occasionally need to cancel a session due to venue issues or illness. We'll do our best to let you know in advance and offer a refund if you've pre-paid.
Product descriptions
We try to describe products accurately, including dimensions and age guidance. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. If you're unsure about anything, message us before ordering.
Liability
We are not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from using our website or products beyond the purchase price of the item. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
